Team and billing

Access, plan allowances, account controls, and team workspaces. During private beta, availability depends on your invitation.

Private beta access #

Access is currently by invitation. Your invitation determines the features and usage allowances available to you. Public plans, pricing, and trial terms will be confirmed before launch.

Account controls #

Everything account-related lives under Settings:

  • Plan & billing — current tier, subscription status, upgrade, downgrade, cancel, and payment details.
  • Usage — built-in AI credit usage and MCP request counts for the current period.
  • Shared views — view counts, links, and revocation for shared canvases.

Team management (Pro) #

  • Invite team members by email (Settings → Invites) and manage them in Settings → Members.
  • Roles: admin, analyst, or viewer.
  • Shared projects and a shared cloud dataset library within the organisation.
  • Organisation-wide controls in Settings → Organization privacy.
