Keyboard shortcuts
Quick reference for canvas, table editing, and general app shortcuts. On Windows and Linux, use Ctrl wherever this page says Cmd. Press ? on the canvas to see the same list in the app.
Selection and items #
- Tab
- Cycle selection through canvas items.
- Shift + click
- Add to the selection.
- Cmd + A
- Select all items on the canvas.
- Delete / Backspace
- Delete the selected items. An Undo toast appears.
- Cmd + D
- Duplicate the selected table.
- Shift + L
- Lock or unlock the selected items.
- Cmd + Shift + Arrow
- Align two or more selected items along that edge.
Groups #
- Cmd + G
- Group the selected items.
- Cmd + Shift + G
- Ungroup (dissolve the selected item's group). An Undo toast appears.
Editing #
- Double-click empty cell
- Enter a formula.
- Double-click header
- Edit the dimension's expression.
- Shift + click row
- Select rows for a NET.
- Right-click
- Open the context menu.
- Cmd + Z / Cmd + Shift + Z
- Undo / redo, including changes the agent made.
- Enter / Escape
- Commit / cancel an edit; Escape also closes panels.
Agent and app #
- Cmd + Enter
- Chat with the agent about the selected items.
- Cmd + Shift + @
- Mention the selected item in the chat composer.
- Cmd + K
- Open the command palette.
- ?
- Show or hide the keyboard shortcut panel.
